I graduated from Elon University in May, 2009 with my bachelor's degree in business administration and a concentration in management. Elon was a great experience, where I joined a wonderful sorority, studied abroad in Australia for 5 months, and grew into the woman I am today. I am finally given the opportunity to pursue my true passion: cooking.
I completed the culinary program at ICE in Manhattan and my externship at the Good Housekeeping Test Kitchen.
I started my blog culinaryschooldiaries.blogspot.com to share my memories and experiences in culinary school.
I am now in the midst of my career path in the food industry, currently working at a food manufacturing company as their Research & Development Chef.
I hope to continue to share my experiences, new recipes and restaurant reviews to those who have the same passion as me: food!
